Job Description
As a Senior Lecturer you will play a key role in shaping future generations of nursing professionals and researchers. You will contribute to the design and delivery of innovative evidence-based curriculum in undergraduate and postgraduate programs while also supporting and mentoring students across Honours and Higher Degree Research pathways.
You will be expected to undertake high-quality impactful research aligned with the Schools priority areas and actively contribute to research leadership including securing competitive funding publishing in high-quality journals and developing partnerships that support translation into practice and policy.
What we can offer
This is a full time continuing position primarily based at either the Griffith Universitys Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
The base salary for a Senior Lecturer (Level C) position is in the range $138702 - $159936 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $162281 - $187125 per annum.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated and extensive commitment to higher education and Nursing. In addition the successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Possession of a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse or ability to apply and obtain.
