Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and management strategies to attract engage and retain top talent to include continuously assessing program effectiveness and making data-informed adjustments to align with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Support the development and implementation of individualized career development strategies that align employee aspirations with organizational goals while providing strategic guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on performance management and employee growth initiatives.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives through data analysis and metrics.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and functional leaders to maintain and promote succession planning and leadership development programs that proactively address current and future business needs.
Manage recruitment activities by sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels screening resumes conducting initial interviews and coordinating interview logistics with hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport provide timely updates and maintain clear professional interactions at every stage.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field required OR years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Years of Experience: P1 0-2 years of relevant experience w/ degree OR 3 or more years of relevant experience w/o degree; P2 3 or more years of relevant experience w / degree OR 5 or more years of relevant experience w/o degree
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Travel 5-10%
