Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the recruitment process through effective sourcing screening and analysis of candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Analyst will play a key role in collecting and analyzing recruitment data to improve the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards social media professional networks and other channels to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Provide support throughout the hiring process including developing interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with information about the company and the roles they are applying for.
- Manage the offer process and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Support and Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team including scheduling documentation and reporting.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events job fairs and other related activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology Human Resource Management or similar course.
- 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition; experience in a shared service or fast-paced environment preferred
- Sourcing strategies competency/behavior-based interviewing ability to influence stakeholder engagement ATS management
- Hands-on experience with ATS software an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Good analytical skills
- Has keen attention to details
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
