Customer Service Italian Speaker (Remote in Portugal)
Location: Remote (within Portugal)
Start Date: 5 June 2025
Contract Type: CDD 6 months
Remote Work: Yes within Portugal (relocation support available if youre moving from abroad)
Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00

Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 1024 per 14 months
-
Bonus: 225 per 12 months

Relocation Support: Offered if moving to Portugal

Type of Employment: Full-time remote inside Portugal
Requirements:

Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)

Good level of English

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal
