About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. This full-time onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore requires a candidate skilled in both manual and automated testing to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop execute and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts

Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure product quality

Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks
-
Collaborate with developers product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality products

Report bugs and issues clearly and track them through resolution
-
Participate in sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
-
Conduct regression integration performance and usability testing
-
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

2 years of experience in software quality assurance

Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies
-
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium JUnit TestNG or Cypress
-
Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python JavaScript or Java for test automation
-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI
-
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
-
Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
-
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and usability
