Job Description

Title: SDET/QA Automation Engineer
Location: Mount Laurel NJ (On-site)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET / QA Automation Engineer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in REST API testing using Python scripting and DevOps practices. This involves end-to-end system testing for gateway devices for different XBs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python (proficient-level coding)
  • Design implement and execute functional and integration tests for RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Analyze API responses and backend behavior using NoSQL databases like Cassandra
  • Validate deployments and test orchestration in Kubernetes-based microservice architectures
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Docker and Git
  • Work on cloud-based testing scenarios leveraging AWS services (e.g. S3 SQS SNS) nice to have
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5 7 years of experience in SDET/QA automation roles
  • Strong in REST API testing Python programming and Linux scripting
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools like Jenkins Docker Git Kubernetes
  • NO SQL Db experience is required
