Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least 6 months experience in any of the following: clinical/BPO/CPO set-up
Active PHRN license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate the execution and continued quality of the clients department processes
Perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services contacting specialty care providers monitoring patient eligibility and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

WORK SCHEDULE AND SET-UP:

Nightshift
