About the client:
Our client believes in building a greener smarter Malaysia one rooftop at a time. As one of the countrys fastest-growing solar solution providers their mission is to deliver affordable high-impact clean energy to homeowners across Malaysia.
They are now looking for passionate Solar Solutions Consultants to join their growing team in key cities. If youre energetic customer-focused and excited about creating real change through clean energy this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with homeowners via direct marketing roadshows online leads and referrals.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar and present customized solar proposals.
- Conduct site assessments (virtually or in person) and liaise with internal technical teams.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Verdant Solar at events exhibitions and client-facing campaigns.
Who You Are
- 1 years of direct sales experience in real estate tech telco or household consumer goods.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Self-driven positive and highly adaptable.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Comfortable with field work and flexible hours including weekends/events.
- Passionate about sustainability and creating real-world impact.
