Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll engage with customers through email and live chatno phone support required. Your role will involve reviewing content ensuring platform compliance identifying fraudulent activity and collaborating with the team to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly via chat and email
  • Moderate user-generated content and enforce platform policies
  • Identify and manage suspicious or fraudulent behavior accurately
  • Maintain detailed and organized case documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and enhance service quality
  • Use advanced tools to deliver accurate helpful support
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals
  • Engage with both internal stakeholders and external client teams
  • Stay updated on moderation practices through continuous training
  • Adjust quickly to new processes platforms and project demands

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
