Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Sandy Springs GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by resolving issues answering inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to support processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and basic troubleshooting
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
