Your Role: Operational Strategist
Youll serve as the strategic backbone of our operationsowning designing and executing systems that drive performance profitability and impact. This is more than a support roleits a thought partner to the CEO a force multiplier for the team and a strategic architect of scalable people-centered care.

- Overhauling and optimizing daily workflows
- Driving team accountability and engagement
- Partnering with the CEO on growth strategy and execution
- Managing KPIs and ensuring financial efficiency
- Ensuring compliance while elevating client satisfaction
