Bilingual Health and Safety Field Specialist
Location:San Marcos TX (Up to 75% Travel Required)
Salary:$70000 $90000 (Exempt)

What Youll Do:
- Implement Tasmans comprehensive Health and Safety Program across projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to pre-plan safety on job sites.
- Prepare and review Health and Safety Plans (HASPs) and Safe Work Plans.
- Conduct field observations safety audits and ensure compliance on multiple projects.
- Deliver and coordinate safety training for field staff.
- Support incident investigations and provide expert guidance.
- Champion a culture of safety compliance and continuous improvement.
- Track evolving federal and state occupational safety regulations.
- Lead quarterly safety meetings safety stand-downs and regular safety breaks.
Who You Are:
- Bilingual:Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Experienced:57 years of health and safety field experience ideally in construction.
- Communicator:Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Licensed:Valid drivers license with the ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
- Committed to Excellence:You dont compromise when it comes to safety.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelors degree in Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience working in construction or engineering environments.
Work Environment:This role demands flexibility youll be working both outdoors on project sites and indoors in an office setting. Physical activity like lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally is required.
Work Hours:Full-time MondayFriday (8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.). Schedules may vary based on project needs.
