About the Role:
As a Travel Agent youll serve as a trusted guide throughout the booking process. Your communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing and booking the ideal rental vehicle for their needs

Provide expert recommendations on car types packages and added services

Communicate with clients via phone email and chat in a professional and approachable manner

Handle booking updates cancellations and resolve any concerns with care

Stay informed about rental policies promotions and industry updates to better support customers

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and reservations to ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
