Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Executive to join our dynamic team at SML Finance Limited. This full-time position is open to freshers with up to 1 year of experience and is based in multiple locations including Ernakulam Tiruvalla Kotamangalam and Thrissur. As a Business Executive you will be involved in supporting and driving sales strategies and market research working closely with various departments to contribute to the success of our organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication skills (Mandatory skill) required for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to market needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and identify trends for informed business decisions.
- Engage in business development activities to expand our customer base and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals successfully and uphold company interests.
