About the role

Were looking for a motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to help us drive high-impact digital marketing campaigns! This is a 12-month paternity leave cover position where youll be working with a lively bunch of marketing communications and sales professionals to help elevate the VMCH brand drive engagement promote our services and achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

We work in the service industry delivering high quality aged care disability retirement and education services to over 9000 Victorians. Go home each day knowing youve made a difference in peoples lives by joining a values-oriented team committed to helping improve the lives of others.

Based in Melbourne we offer hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Were in a terrific city location with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping cafes and bars nearby.

What youll do:

  • Deliver digital marketing campaignsacross aged care home care retirement living and disability services to drive engagement leads and conversions.
  • Coordinate and create content for social media and SEM campaigns including video production and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teamsto implement digital marketing strategies and keep website content accurate and relevant.
  • Manage CRM automation journeys including segmentation A/B testing and creative development to support digital transformation.
  • Assist with CRM enhancements that support the organisations long-term digital and transformation strategy.
  • Work closely with developersto enhance CRM functionality and train users on best practices.
  • Monitor performance and market trends identifying opportunities to improve digital activity and ensure brand consistency.
  • Provide business support to the management team and other related duties as assigned.

About you:

What youll need:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/business or comparable experience.
  • Five years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Understand and demonstrate experience in Meta Ads Google Ads SEO and website UX/UI
  • Marketing automation and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of GA4 Facebook insights and Google Ad metrics.
  • Understand marketing principals practice and strategy including segmentation identifying points of difference and translating this to consumer language.
  • Ability to write clearly concisely and accurately - in line with brands voice.
  • Flexibility and multitasking with the ability to juggle many marketing activities and stakeholders while using creative and lateral thinking to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make good marketing decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop positive relationships within and outside the organisation.
