Title: Financial Coordinator / Bookkeeper
Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Location: Remote Flexible

Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper for Aces in Motion (AIM) will manage and maintain the organizations financial records. This role includes transaction classification reconciliation ledger categorization and generating reports using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and possesses strong financial acumen ensuring the integrity and transparency of AIMs financial practices.
This contractor position supports the Executive Director by providing fiscal management through QuickBooks management and if time allows tracking budgets submitting invoices for grant reimbursements and preparing financial documentation for the AIM Board of Directors on a monthl basis.
