Key Responsibilities of a BCBA at Eyas Landing

  • Implement evidence-based interventions including applied behavior analysis behavior modification and management.
  • Provide caregiver training case management and RBT supervision.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a compassionate care approach to support the unique needs of neurodivergent children.
  • Educate families and team members to ensure effective strategies are carried out across environments.

Schedule and Location

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Location: 1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago IL. Easily accessible with onsite parking no travel required.

Education and Qualifications

  • Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Masters degree is required.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.
