Work Schedule: Remote
Compensation: Basic Salary of NGN250000.00 monthly Sales bonus 5% commission on sponsorship deals and acquisition.
About Company: Our client is a foremost African games company with rights to internationally branded educational board games customized for Africa s markets.
The company currently seeks to hire a highly driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and marketing activities for the company. The ideal individual for the position must be a self motivated and results-driven with a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include;
Sales:
Devise and implement a promotional programme
Drive online advertising sales
Collaboration with the companys internal Marketing team
Ensure that accurate records are kept including regular reporting of activity and performance against sales targets
Dealing with sales stock checks and quarterly takes
Closely working with upper management to mine/nurture / close key account deals/sponsors that will drive revenues
Product positioning which includes pricing distribution branding etc
Distribution:
Develop a sales strategy for the acquisition of distribution partners
Building and maintaining a network of consumer/vendor contacts
Understand the key points between Customer Order Fulfillment Distribution cost to serve and Transportation to create cost-effective customer relationships and ensure SLA s are being met
Product inventory management to support the distribution process
Logistics:
Negotiating delivery contracts with courier companies
Managing the importation process for the on-time delivery of all shipments
Check and implement the correct processes and procedures for the company
Monitor the quality quantity cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Develop a strategic response to external influences on business such as legislation fuel cost and environmental pressures.
Controlling and coordinating the order phase and collating information systems.
Develop order management processes ensuring that customer satisfaction and an efficient supply chain are met.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must have a first degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum 3-5 years experience in distribution and sales
Strong evidence of Business Development cold calling targeting new markets innovative & creative approach
Fundraising/sponsorship skills will be an added advantage
Self-motivated able to work independently
Effective management & reporting of Sales Pipeline
Fluent in English written and spoken
Proper use of Microsoft Office programs
Highly motivated and communicatively competent
Strong result and goal orientation
Networked entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to take on additional responsibilities where required.
