As a valued Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Fellowship Community your role will encompass essential groundskeeping duties such as mowing trimming and snow removal ensuring our facilities remain clean and inviting. Under the guidance of the Senior Maintenance Supervisor of Facility Services you will also tackle routine maintenance tasks ranging from cleaning and painting to plumbing and electrical work keeping our environment safe and functional. You will operate facility vehicles and maintenance equipment while being available on call as needed. Your commitment to treating all residents with kindness dignity and respect is paramount as you will uphold their rights and privacy in every interaction.

To thrive as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Fellowship Community candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with a solid understanding of federal state and local skilled nursing regulations. With 1-3 years of experience in maintenance operations preferably in a hospital or skilled nursing facility youll bring valuable expertise to our team. Knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety regulations is essential along with intermediate computer skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are critical as youll need to follow instructions for the safe use and disposal of materials. Physical agility is required as you will push pull and move heavy objects frequently. Additionally a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License and an understanding of Geriatrics and Long-Term Care will ensure you excel in this role embodying our RISE Core Values in every aspect of your work.
