None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a Strategic HR Partner to join us at Collins Aerospace Power & Controls.
This role will support EPS Operations leaders and employees across our Rockford IL York NE and Phoenix AZ sites. The position will partner with leaders by understanding business needs and translating them into HR strategies and tactics. The position will play a role in supporting the implementation of major HR initiatives and annual processes such as salary planning organizational restructuring talent management and succession planning. The HR Partners consults with leadership to assess talent needs influences with data and leads HR objectives for the organization.
This role will be worked onsite in Rockford IL or Phoenix AZ.
What You Will Do:
Collaborates with leadership to implement programs focused on accomplishing targeted talent and culture objectives
Provides direction for HR support in areas related to HR plan and policy management
Integrates HR business strategies with Total Rewards Talent Management and Labor and Employee Relations COE partners
Leads projects and assignments related to major HR tasks
Joins in partnership with other HR colleagues to assess and implement organizational development programs processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies and enhance employee engagement
Interprets and advises on human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employment laws standards or regulations to are followed and applied accordingly
Addresses basic to moderately complex HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees in all areas of the organization
Provides guidance to leadership on talent management
Daily work may be a blend of tactical vs. strategic work in support of the business
Travel 20-30% - Domestic to Rockford IL; Phoenix AZ; and York NE.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Prior HRBP or HR COE experience

This role will be worked onsite in Rockford IL or Phoenix AZ. Candidate must be in the preferred location or willing to relocate.
Experience in a matrixed environment
Experience with coaching and collaborating with leaders
Business experience
Aerospace & Defense industry knowledge and experience

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
