Key Responsibility:-
Operation Process & Logistic Ops:-
Inward & Outward.
Logistic is a very important part for our cost saving in an organization.
Logistic as a part of FC/Warehouse operation Its depends upon FC orders & order fulfilment.
knowing the economical rout planning for all types of vehicles.
Dispatch the all shipment as per our merchant TAT.
Rout planning in proper way then we deliver the all orders as smoothly.
Maintain the minimum logistic cost for our orders & their deliveries.
Whole outbound operation was managed by PDD & 1 Day PDD accordingly.
Also create the Trip manger - In sense primary trip stand for ready to dispatch & end trip is out for delivery.
Managed the settled money transaction of COD orders.
Returns also managed (RTO).
Job Resp.
Manpower planning & its optimum utilization. (Handling a team of 30-40 casuals and 4 supervisors).
Handling various shop floor operations.
Follow up for New model activities and raw material.
Managing the shipping handling and storage requirement of component to ensure high quality items received and issued to appropriate department.
Monitoring Inbound & Outbound logistics activities.
To resolve problem with vendors related to customer claims incoming quality problems with support of PQ department.
Daily review of shop floor management
Make the PO(purchase order) for Export/Import of heavy machinery parts.
Manged the all types of Delivery vehicle for the all products & create their paper work as well.
Coordinate with production team for FG(Finished Goods) into row materials.
Submit a daily base dispatch report order status & RTO report as well.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Prior experience in e-commerce order processing customer service or a related field.
Proficiency in using order management software and e-commerce platforms.
Should know the Amazon Myntra & Flipkart Dashboards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Knowledge of WMS unicommercenimbus pickrr shiprocket D2C Brands working on own
website online business is a plus point.
