At Compass Group were driven by a passion for fresh food and excellent service. Were currently seeking a qualified and motivated Chef to join our Geelong site. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a high-quality kitchen while being part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Position
Prepare cook and present high-quality meals with care and precision
Ensure food safety allergen management and dietary compliance
Collaborate with the Head Chef and site management to deliver excellence
Champion sustainability and minimise food waste
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
Prior experience as a Chef in a similar environment
A proactive team player with strong communication skills
High energy and professionalism in both kitchen and client interactions
Able to obtain a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check
