This is a full-time position focused on elevating our digital presence and engaging with our audience through strategic digital marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in both the creative and analytical aspects of digital marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in video editing enabling the creation of professional and engaging multimedia content for various platforms (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in content creation and design tailoring creative materials that align with our brand and engage our target audiences (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in social media management including planning implementing and monitoring social media strategies for enhanced brand presence (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques to drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings effectively.
- Experience in developing executing and managing online advertising and campaigns that target specific audiences and meet strategic objectives.
- Capability to analyze marketing data and derive insights to implement corrective strategies that optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to team members and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team showcasing adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

- Create edit and publish high-quality video content that supports marketing initiatives and engages target audiences.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of social media profiles and presence including interactive engagement and audience responses.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and generate traffic to the companys official website.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of marketing campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and create content that effectively communicates our brand message and value propositions.
- Assist in the development and management of online advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies applying knowledge to enhance the academys digital marketing success.
