POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for achieving and assist new talent for PSC Biotech divisions. The person shall be able to keep up with current and new recruitment and Learning & Development opportunities for our team. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC Biotech mission to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post job ads on professional sites job sites and social media
- Participating in candidate sourcing efforts
- Support the team by screening resumes conducting initial phone interviews and coordinating calls and interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Coordinate drug tests and background checks
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes set up for new employees
- Assisting the HR manager in reviewing internal training systems and doing monthly reports on staff training.
- Assisting Management team with developing training programs and material for staff.
- Assist in creating Marketing content such as brochures emails and social media posts
- Assist in creating e-learning content that enhances team members understanding of the business and their role.
- Assist with the learning and development activities of the full team by working with the Management team.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience using recruiting techniques and online platforms
- Experience in reviewing resumes executing interviews and working with representatives from various pharmaceutical industries
- Proficiency in data entry record-keeping and general administration
- Excellent organization skills and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of computers and hiring laws desired
- Excellent communication and social skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently
Working Hours will be 6AM to 3PM Monday to Friday
