Primarily responsible for reviewing labelling and routing incoming correspondence to external and internal claims handling parties.
- Navigates multiple resources and systems to research and accurately determine routing of correspondence
- Works across various commercial insurance lines including Casualty Surety Workers Compensation Middle Market General Liability Property and Auto
- Provides administrative support to internal and external customers related to first notice of loss loss run requests payment setup and other claims related inquiries
- Adheres to World Class Customer Service Standards and documents all claim customer interactions in the claims document repository
- Engages and Participates in the Arch Experience values and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Claims experience in the insurance field especially commercial insurance a plus.
- Proficient data entry and keyboarding skills
- Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; experience with ImageRight or other document imaging systems a plus.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal).
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills to identify key issues.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Production goals focused with a customer service mindset.
- Team player.
