Come join the HRBP team at Western Digital! We are looking for a strategic HRBP to partner with executives in our Product Organization reporting to the VP HRBPs of Technology. This role is a hybrid role based in San Jose CA. We come together 2-3 days a week to collaborate and connect.
In this role you will partner closely with Product business leaders to align the Western Digital people strategy to their respective organizations. You will dive into employee engagement retention leader development coaching and change management. You will be able to bring creativity to the role as you design and implement people initiatives that are specifically aligned to the business needs. In this role you will be a trusted advisor talent strategist and change agent supporting business growth transformation and a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable influencing at the executive level while ensuring operational excellence in HR delivery.
