Job Description

Our team is seeking a Business Process Writer with experience in understanding documenting and adopting business processes procedures and workflows in finance. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to create documentation that is clear concise and complete and that supports the operational change strategy of the organization.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information on existing business processes and define proposed business process enhancements
  • Analyze and understand complex business processes workflows and procedures.
  • Write clear and comprehensive business process documentation including process maps flowcharts and procedural documents.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate up-to-date and reflects current and proposed business practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business process documentation and technical writing

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Certification in business process mapping / management is preferred.
