Job Description

RN Supervisor - LTC (Contract Role)
  • Location: Watertown New York 13601
  • Weekly Pay: $2232 - $2376
  • Shift: 12-hr Nights 7pm-7:30am
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing staff during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor resident care plans and ensure individualized attention is provided.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve resident or staff issues promptly.
  • Document all nursing activities accurately using electronic medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians staff residents and families.
  • Support ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Active New York State (NYS) RN License.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN Supervisor experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
  • Experience with PointClickCare (Point Click) EMR required.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment leadership and communication skills.

  • Locals accepted-local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within a 60-mile radius.
