What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading coaching and developing a team of 10 telesales representatives
- Supporting the team in converting inbound leads into paying customers
- Defining sales targets and tracking team KPIs and overall performance
- Monitoring and improving sales processes through actionable insights
- Taking an active role in recruiting and onboarding new telesales talent
- Sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance collaborative environment
Qualifications :

You have a strong background in telesales (this is a must!)
Youve already led a sales team for at least 2 years
You know what it means to work with ambitious sales goals and consistently hit them
Youre fluent in sales concepts like lead generation CRM sales funnels and reporting
Youre comfortable with data but also a true people person
