These are just a few of the challenges a Group Content Design Lead will get to work on as part of Wises global mission to build an open fair and human financial system.
Your mission:
Youll be leading designers of all crafts working across the cross-functional teams that make up Account a squad that helps millions of people manage their international money all in one place.
How youll be contributing:
Collaborating with your design product and engineering partners to lead the squad set the vision and strategy and coach teams to deliver it
Working on the highest impact projects in the squad and setting the direction for upcoming work
Planning and prioritising the work and hiring and onboarding new designers as needed
Working with design leaders from other squads to build a single seamless experience for customers
Using your design leadership skills to up-level quality maturity and alignment across the Account squad
Youll have the opportunity to:
Support and grow a talented design team
Guide teams to deliver impact and ship work youre proud of
Be hands on leading through the work and setting the bar
Elevate product and design quality you define what good looks like in the squad then help them deliver it

About you:
Youre an accomplished content design leader with several years experience leading teams to ship world-class consumer products
Youre a trusted partner building effective relationships with your peers across the business
Youre comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully lead groups in this environment
You have an eye for quality and know how to support designers and teams to deliver it
Youre influential and inspiring able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment
Youre highly empathetic both to customers and the people you work with
