Job Description
Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Orthopedic Surgeon who is motivated to make a difference in their community and grow a flourishing practice.

Block schedule in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and main operating room

BE/BC in orthopedic surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
