Job Description
- Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and hepatic disorders in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including but not limited to colonoscopy upper endoscopy (EGD) and other GI interventions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in call rotation and provide consultative support to hospital and ER physicians.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure quality and safety in all aspects of patient care delivery.
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Active license to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
- Completion of an accredited fellowship in Gastroenterology.
- Excellent interpersonal diagnostic and clinical skills.
