Job Title: MS DNB Orthopedic Surgeon
Location: India
Work Mode: On-Site
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Perform surgical procedures related to orthopedic surgery.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Stay updated on latest advancements in orthopedic surgery.
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Consult with colleagues on complex cases to ensure optimal care.
- Conduct research and contribute to medical publications.
- Assist in managing the orthopedic department and its operations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote orthopedic health.
Qualifications:
- MD or DNB in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proficient in performing complex surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in patient-centered care approaches.
- Skills in trauma and sports medicine are an advantage.
- Ability to manage surgical complications effectively.
- Proficient in using surgical instruments and technologies.
