Our Ideal Candidate
A proven track record of success in executive search senior professional placements or retained searchpreferably with 4 years of experience sourcing talent forFortune 500 corporations government agencies and small to mid-sized enterprises
Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment life cycle including client intake candidate engagement evaluation offer negotiation and post-placement support
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn CATS BrassRing Bullhorn Greenhouse or similar platforms with the ability to manage high-quality pipelines efficiently
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both clients and high-caliber candidates across varied industries
Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote performance-driven environment
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the professionalism discretion and persuasion required to engage executive-level talent and decision-makers
