Sybil is seeking elite-level Head Hunters with a background inexecutive and senior professional recruitment. This is a strategic performance-based opportunity for established recruiters who thrive in autonomous environments and know how tosource engage and place top-tier talent.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A proven track record of success in executive search senior professional placements or retained searchpreferably with 4 years of experience sourcing talent forFortune 500 corporations government agencies and small to mid-sized enterprises
- Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment life cycle including client intake candidate engagement evaluation offer negotiation and post-placement support
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn CATS BrassRing Bullhorn Greenhouse or similar platforms with the ability to manage high-quality pipelines efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both clients and high-caliber candidates across varied industries
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote performance-driven environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the professionalism discretion and persuasion required to engage executive-level talent and decision-makers
- A results-oriented mindset driven by accountability client satisfaction and long-term placement success
