The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing the goals of the Office of Estate & Gift Planning. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement this position focuses on project management and improving operational efficiency. Core responsibilities include supporting the administration of realized estate gifts managing large-scale data refining the donor prospect referral process managing cross-functional initiatives and coordinating projects for the UF Legacy Society and managing the UF Advisor Network. Additionally the role involves close collaboration between the Office of Estate & Gift Planning and UF Foundation attorneys. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills keen attention to detail and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
