- Manage daily administrative tasks to support staff and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate schedules appointments and meetings for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and files ensuring easy access to information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries.
- Handle correspondence and communication with parents and external partners.
- Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for supporting childrens education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
