Job Description

Abound Health is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our OnTarget technology team. This is a hybrid role (applicants preferably located in the Charlotte NC area). In this role you will report to the Director of IT. The IT Support Engineer will play a critical role in supporting Abounds internal infrastructure resolving complex technical issues and contributing to a growing and mission-driven organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-tier desktop support to staff across the organization.
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware software printers phone systems and networks.
  • Manage company infrastructure including Azure Office 365 and Exchange configurations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding including IT equipment setup and training.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support procedures networks and equipment.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers networks and telecom services.
  • Train team members on Office 365 tools and best practices.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and support office equipment.
  • Participate in technology projects and support office-based IT needs when required.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of technical support experience.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware software and networks.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams OneDrive etc.).
  • Familiar with customer support protocols and working in a ticketing system.
  • Strong problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and hybrid team environment.
  • Experience with VOIP systems Windows servers Active Directory and Ubiquiti hardware.
  • Background in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments.
  • Help desk/ticketing system experience in fast-paced settings.

Education:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or certifications such as CompTIA A.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
  • Must be able to report to the corporate office in Charlotte NC weekly or bi-weekly.

Compensation & Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time salaried position is between $50000 $60000

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience job-related skills and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits which begin on your 60th day of employment.
