About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 35 years of recruitment experience in real estate and construction. You will manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing to onboardingfocusing on roles related to real estate and building projects. This fast-paced role requires someone target-driven and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Source candidates via job portals social media referrals and ATS systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Screen candidates for technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Maintain a candidate pool for quick hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Support employer branding efforts.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Required Skills:
- Experience recruiting for real estate and construction projects especially high-rise/building roles.
- Familiarity with ATS and platforms like Naukri LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed.
- Strong screening and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of HR laws and onboarding compliance.
- Prior experience hiring for engineering project management and site roles.
