1. JOB PURPOSE
(Provide an overview of the job its context in the organization and the contribution that it makes)
To manage multiple contractors and his personnel to maintain the landscape in the landside open areas & terminal buildings to the highest standard set out in BIAL guideline and updated time to time. Ensure the take over from the project team and hand over to maintenance contractor. List QA/QC process EHS and sustainability. Document pre-agreed criteria (Quality Histogram of manpower deployment check lists forecast schedules and progress meetings) to evaluate and direct the maintenance contractor to comply. Manage and utilize facilities and resources available in BIAL nursery and related discipline to transform the existing landscape to global standard.

5. JOB SPECIFICATION
5.1. Education qualification and certifications (Indicate the level of education and certifications required) . / . Agriculture / Horticulture
5.2. Years of Experience (Years of relevant experience required)
At least 8-10 years of similar experience
5.3. Computer skills (Indicate the required knowledge on software applications hardware etc. that are required) MS Office Word Excel Power point Auto CAD etc. Learn to improve the process by digitizing the maintenance.
5.4. Knowledge and work skills Indicate what knowledge (machines equipment
processes systems etc.) and work skills are required
Complete knowledge of plants native to Bengaluru and climate adaptability.
Sound knowledge on identification of symptoms Plant protection measures
(PPM) and Nurturing.
Exercise best horticultural practice in maintenance of all flora in the limit of
works allocated.
Practice sustainability resource management recycling of green waste
generation.
Self-sustainable production of existing flora by cuttings/ seeds in
collaboration with BIAL nursery.
