Lead DevOps Engineer
Requirements:
Experience:
10 years in a DevOps role.
8 years working withKubernetes in production includingon-premises Kubernetesdeployments
5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in aGCP cloud production environment.
Infrastructure & Automation:
Proven ability tobuild projects from scratch.
Strong expertise in writingTerraform modules(experience withTerragruntis an advantage).
Experience buildingCI/CD pipelinesinJenkinsandGitLab CI(GitLab CI preferred).
Proficiency inPythonandBash(proven Python experience is an advantage).
Deep understanding ofLinux OS administration and management.
Monitoring & Logging:
Experience creatingGrafana dashboards(Prometheus backend preferred).
Familiarity withES-based centralized logging solutions(e.g.).
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely withR&D teamsand support their daily operations.
Design implement and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesto enhance deployment processes.
Developautomated infrastructure provisioning frameworksand ensure their reliability.
Manage and overseecode deployments across all environments.
Create and maintainmonitoring dashboards continuously improving observability.
Providetechnical guidance mentoring team members on best practices in DevOps.
Drive innovation by brainstorming and implementingnew development and delivery strategies.
Handleday-to-day project management and administration.
Document and refineprocesses ensuring up-to-date and efficient workflows.
Continuously improveinfrastructureandapplication developmentpractices.
Adhere to and promoteindustry best practices and company standards.
