Objective:
The Talent Success Manager owns the clinician relationship post-onboarding with a focus on retention high-touch engagement and long-term success. From day one of their assignment through every transition you are their go-to advocate managing a large portfolio of clinicians with care guiding them through expectations addressing challenges and ensuring they feel fully supported by Marvel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Retention Through Advocacy: Serve as a trusted partner and long-term career advocate for clinicians focused on maximizing retention and delivering exceptional service throughout and between assignments.
- Ensure a Seamless Assignment Experience Post-Onboarding: Set clinicians up for success by reinforcing facility expectations timekeeping procedures and contract obligations following onboarding. Help ensure alignment and clarity to avoid assignment disruptions.
- Mitigate Issues Proactively: Identify and resolve assignment-related concerns early by having direct solution-oriented conversations that encourage assignment completion or successful redeployment.
- Lead Extension and Redeployment Efforts: Own the extension process or collaborate with internal job sourcing specialists to present and secure new roles ensuring continuity and deepening loyalty to Marvel.
- Deliver White-Glove Engagement: Provide consistent high-touch service that distinguishes Marvel from other agencies. Clinicians should feel genuinely cared for and continuously supported. This includes consistent and regular check-ins via phone and text to maintain a high level of responsiveness and connection.
- Champion Clinician Success Across Assignments: Stay closely connected throughout the clinicians career journey advocating for their goals and promoting a positive experience across multiple assignments.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
- Experience in healthcare staffing account management or talent success roles with a strong emphasis on service and retention.
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence you know how to foster trust and hold meaningful conversations.
- A calm solutions-oriented approach to conflict resolution and assignment challenges.
- Organizational strength and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clinician relationships at once.
- A passion for providing best-in-class service and making clinicians feel genuinely valued.
