Salary Range:
$75000.00 To $95000.00 Annually
Senior Treasury Analyst at Tellus Equipment Solutions LLC is responsible for managing key internal and external treasury functions and relationships involving daily money movement across the companys existing 25 store locations. Responsibilities include daily tracking of liquidity of collections and disbursements forecasting establishing processes and procedures for cash management and ongoing communications with key stakeholders.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Controller day-to-day duties include but are not limited to the following:
Daily - Cash Reporting Liquidity Forecasting and Bank Reconciliations
Account maintenance across multiple bank accounts
Support accounting with maintaining treasury compliance in accordance with the companys policies and procedures
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on treasury activities
Research and assist accounting with the reconciliation of cash entries to the general ledger from the bank statements
Communicate with sales managers regarding wire transfer activity and accounting staff regarding daily cash activities
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
3 to 5 years of work experience in a Treasury or Treasury-related environment
Experienced Excel spreadsheet capabilities and openness to explore and learn new financial software solutions
Strong effective communication skills with a collaborative and curious mindset
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA or CFA preferred but not required
