DescriptionAs a trusted partner to Resideos Product & Solutions leadership team the Internal Communications Manager creates and executes internal communication strategies that inform engage and inspire employees to deliver on our vision mission and values while advancing our business initiatives forward. This role is instrumental in aligning our goals with internal messaging fostering employee engagement and delivering compelling and inspiring communication to all levels ofthe organization.
JOB DUTIES:
- Working closely with key stakeholders design and implement internal communication strategies to promote understanding and alignment of transformational business objectives.
- Enhance executive-level communication by crafting impactful speeches presentations and announcements aimed to articulate strategic priorities visions and missions.
- Create and manage Global P&S Internal Communication Calendar leveraging cross-functional partnerships strong business acumen and engagement metrics to deliver comprehensive impactful communication strategies.
- Inspire a sense of pride and purpose by delivering compelling stories that keep P&S employees informed engaged and aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Create edit and distribute high-quality engaging content such as newsletters intranet updates emails presentations videos and announcements.
- Continuously improve and optimize communication strategies through use of metrics and measurements engagement activities and overall employee sentiment related to being informed.
- Collaborate and partner with Corporate HR communication team to create a united synergistic cross-communication strategy which serves to amplify and engage all employees.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 7 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications or a similar role.
- Experience in trade technology or industrial manufacturing organization.
- Experience in matrixed global company.
- Applied knowledge of change management frameworks and principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring communication impact.
