Position: Customer Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a high standard of technical support to customers on behalf of the company or its clients.
- Communicate with customers in a manner consistent with established guidelines and policies.
- Follow defined procedures for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Address and resolve technical problems related to the organizations products or services.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in line with data quality standards.
- Ensure complete and precise collection of all required customer and issue-related information.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding service level targets as defined by management or account leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Slovak and Hungarian (C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
- High school diploma or an equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach self-organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
- Good numerical and reasoning skills.
- Posses a solid understanding of relevant client products and services
- Applies logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
