Job Title -Executive/Sr. Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by utilizing personal network and influencing decision-makers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities to drive project sales.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs competitor activities and market trends and using this information to inform sales strategies.
- Ensuring effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Monitoring project sales performance preparing detailed reports on sales activities and providing insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensuring complete compliance with the companys reporting requirements and maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
