Job Description

Job Title -Executive/Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by utilizing personal network and influencing decision-makers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities to drive project sales.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs competitor activities and market trends and using this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensuring effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring project sales performance preparing detailed reports on sales activities and providing insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
  • Ensuring complete compliance with the companys reporting requirements and maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated result-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
