Full Time Permanent Contract

Salary - 27k - 35k

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of recruiting talent for Premier Community. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mansfield.

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes including the below duties:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Posting job descriptions screening resumes conducting interviews negotiating job offers
  • Utilize ATS and HRIS systems to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
  • Creating warm welcoming candidate journeys from first contact to first shift.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience.
  • Ensuring we always recruit safely ethically and in line with CQC standards.


Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies tools and technologies
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and collaborating with HR teams
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience working in agency recruitment is a plus
