Warehouse Associate Day Shift
Davis Cartage Co. Niles MI 49120
Seasonal $15.00 $19.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime available
Job Summary:
Davis Cartage Co. is seeking a reliable hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our day shift team in Niles MI. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or forklift experience and a desire to grow with a well-established logistics company.
Responsibilities:
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Wrap label and stage pallets for delivery
Perform daily safety inspections on equipment
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Communicate order discrepancies to supervisors
Load pallets onto trucks as needed
Qualifications:
Forklift experience preferred (certification provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable in a fast-paced physical environment
Basic knowledge of computer/scan gun use
Steel-toed boots required
Willingness to complete Hazardous Materials training
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Location:
On-site in Niles MI
