Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the strategic planning daily operations and continuous improvement of the warehouse and sourcing functions for Form-on USA. This role ensures efficient inventory management purchasing compliance and a well-maintained customer-ready warehouse. It also plays a key role in supplier coordination and material sourcing to support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate demonstrates operational excellence team leadership and cross-functional collaboration all while embracing Form-ons values of simplicity speed and transparency. This will be a full-time on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Define warehouse strategy and optimize space staffing and site collaboration.
- Foster team development safety culture and alignment with the Form-on spirit and we-Journey values.
- Promote cross-site communication and digital collaboration via MS Teams.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including inventory control deliveries scrapping consumables and upkeep.
- Ensure a professional clean and customer-ready environment; support customer visits and smartVISITs.
- Coordinate with Customer and Supplier Service for order fulfillment load planning and packaging support.
- Lead and train staff on safety process standards and performance expectations.
- Maintain compliance with inspections safety protocols and timely site maintenance.
- Handle goods reception supplier coordination quality checks and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations including sanctions checks.
- Align procurement with sales needs and inventory targets; proactively manage stock gaps and short-term demands.
- Conduct supplier negotiations purchase calculations and documentation in Discos.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support sourcing campaigns via social media.
- Share demand forecasts and market intelligence during regular regional salesFLASH updates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 35 years of experience in warehouse operations logistics or sourcing preferably in the construction equipment or industrial materials sector
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams including temporary and permanent staff
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems procurement processes and logistics best practices
- Familiarity with compliance standards including EU/US trade sanctions safety protocols and quality controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Teams and Excel; experience with warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. smartCRM Discos) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Effective communicator and collaborator capable of working cross-functionally with Sales Customer Service and Marketing
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach while maintaining strategic oversight
