What Youll Do:
The Junior Data Analyst will support the analytics team by gathering cleaning and visualizing raw data to draw actionable insights that inform business decisions. The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau as well as assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports for internal stakeholders.
- Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing and Operations enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Assist in the collection organization and validation of data from a variety of internal and external sources to ensure accuracy consistency and overall data integrity.
- Conduct foundational data analysis and exploration to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights that align with business objectives and performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements refine reporting needs and ensure dashboards are intuitive visually compelling and tailored to end-user needs.
- Support to the documentation of data definitions report logic and dashboard usage for transparency consistency and increased data literacy throughout the department.
- Participate actively in team discussions stand-ups and review sessions sharing updates on dashboard enhancements and communicating insights in a clear and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Tableau capabilities and industry best practices recommending and implementing improvements to enhance dashboard functionality and user engagement where possible.
- Learn and expand knowledge of SQL best practices to help with data extraction and exploration under the guidance of senior team members.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :
What We Look For:
- Proficiency in Tableau with a portfolio showcasing clear impactful dashboards or visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of standard data analysis techniques statistical research methods processes and procedures.
- Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables complex formulas) and ease working with large datasets.
- Basic understanding of SQL and eagerness to deepen technical skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $65000.00 to $75000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
