Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Montgomery AL. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for clients assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or in person
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Update customer records and document interactions accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex concerns
Provide feedback on the customer service process and suggest improvements

Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
